2011 Sudbury, Algonquin. East Side Mario's does not demonstrate compassion to those with physical disabilities or the elderly. I've gone on several occassions with an elderly person, no chair was available at the entrance and a hostess was not present to seat us. We were told we need to wait to be seated. Tell that to any elderly person who clearly has difficulty standing. I spoke with the manager and suggested having seats available at the entrance for obvious reasons. He said he could move the ball hockey game and place some chairs in that spot (a ball hockey game was at the entrance). The next time we went back the ball game was replaced with a gumball machine, imagine that!! So much for your costumers needs being first. I spoke with one of the waiters regarding this matter. He said he's brought it up but it was ignored. How could anyone want to eat at a place that does not care about their costumers. I was disgusted in the priorities of this restaurant. I t is cold and inhumane place!! I will never recommend this place to any friends or family. Cultivating the heart is part of running a good restaurant!!
